We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate access for any user who cannot confirm they meet the eligibility requirements.
You must not use the Platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where social gaming or casino-style entertainment platforms are prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, that you are not a professional in any capacity that would create a conflict of interest in using this Platform, and that you will use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
3. Virtual Currency
All games on the Platform use virtual coins ("Virtual Currency") exclusively. Virtual Currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot under any circumstances be exchanged, redeemed, transferred or converted into real money, goods, services, prizes or any other thing of value. Virtual Currency is not a financial instrument, currency or asset of any kind.
Virtual Currency is provided solely for the purpose of enabling gameplay on the Platform and for entertainment purposes only. The accumulation of Virtual Currency does not represent any accrued value and provides no financial benefit. Winning Virtual Currency in a game does not mean you have won real money or anything of equivalent value.
Virtual Currency balances are maintained locally in your browser's storage. Canada Game Play Center provides no guarantee of the continuity of any Virtual Currency balance and accepts no liability for the loss of Virtual Currency resulting from browser data deletion, device failure or any other circumstance.
4. Permitted Use
The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may use the Platform to play the available games, explore informational content and engage with community features as intended. Any other use of the Platform requires our express written permission.
You agree not to: attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise derive the source code of any part of the Platform; use automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform or its games; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data; or use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable or impair it.
You also agree not to use the Platform to engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening or otherwise harmful to other users or to Canada Game Play Center. Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension of your access to the Platform.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to game designs, graphics, animations, audio, text, logos, trademarks and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of Canada Game Play Center or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any licence to reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.
The Canada Game Play Center name, maple leaf logo and all related marks are trademarks of the Platform operator. You may not use these marks in any way that is likely to cause confusion, that implies endorsement, or that disparages our brand without our express written permission.
Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to us may be used by Canada Game Play Center without restriction or compensation to you. By submitting feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use and incorporate that feedback into our services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canada Game Play Center disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, that access to it will be uninterrupted, that any defects will be corrected, or that the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components. The use of any information or material obtained through the Platform is at your own risk. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any content displayed on the Platform.
Game outcomes on the Platform are generated by a random number generator. We make no representation that any particular outcome, win rate, or result can be expected, predicted or replicated. All outcomes are random and past results have no bearing on future results.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Canada Game Play Center and its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of virtual coins, or loss of enjoyment.
Because the Platform is entirely free to use and does not involve real money, the total liability of Canada Game Play Center to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the Platform, which is zero (CAD $0.00). This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. To the extent that applicable law prohibits the limitation or exclusion of damages, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
8. Changes to Terms

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to any conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of Canada Game Play Center to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Canada Game Play Center with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings and representations of any kind.
