- No Hate Speech or Harassment. Content or behaviour that targets individuals based on their ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability or any other characteristic is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate removal from the platform.
- Age Requirement (18+). This platform is for adults only. If you are aware that someone under the age of 18 is accessing the platform, please report it immediately so we can take appropriate action.
What We Expect From You
We ask every member of the Canada Game Play Center community to treat others the way they themselves would want to be treated. This means communicating constructively, assuming good intentions, and resolving disagreements calmly and respectfully. If you encounter another player who is behaving inappropriately, please report the issue through the appropriate channels rather than escalating the situation yourself.
We expect all players to engage with the games honestly. This means placing bets within the rules as presented, not attempting to manipulate coin balances through technical means, and not seeking to exploit any unintended quirks in game behaviour. If you discover a technical issue that provides an unintended advantage, we ask that you notify us rather than continue to exploit it.
Celebrate your wins graciously and accept your losses with sportsmanship. A healthy competitive attitude is a wonderful thing — but gloating, taunting or expressing frustration in a way that makes others uncomfortable is not the spirit we want to foster here. Remember that this is a social gaming platform, and the social element depends on everyone doing their part to make it welcoming.
Consequences
We take violations of these guidelines seriously. Depending on the nature and severity of the behaviour, consequences may range from a reminder of these guidelines and a request to change the behaviour, to a temporary restriction from community features, to permanent removal from the platform. We reserve the right to take action at our discretion when behaviour is clearly contrary to the values described here.
Our goal is never to punish — it is to protect the quality of the experience for the vast majority of players who come here in good faith. We will always aim to be proportionate and fair in how we respond to reported issues.
